Franklin Memorial Swimming Pool is adjacent to the Cultural Arts and Recreation Center at the corner of South and State Streets. It offers an Olympic-sized pool with diving well, 160-foot water-slide and two depth tot pool and tot play area, water basketball and concession stand. It offers the whole family lots of fun and relaxation.
